Thank you for considering the Summit for your catering needs. Enclosed is an extensive listing of our general on-premise catering services. Making any party a success depends on planning and exceeding your expectations. Hot delicious food, with excellent service is what you expect... we will deliver.

We will make every effort to make your event a success. Our staff has had over 30 years experience in the fine dining business and we feel this experience will be evident in our service to you and your function. What follows is an outline of the kind of service we can provide in our banquet facility. We can make your event memorable to you and your guests.

Presentation is a big part of any occasion and we ask that when figuring your budget, if budget allows, leave room for the classic accompaniments that make an event that more special...flowers, ice sculptures, fountains, lighting, etc....we can help...just ask.

All events may be customized to meet your personalized needs and may be priced as an all inclusive per person fee.

A deposit equal to 25% of the functions total is due upon contract signing. We will guarantee all prices to you at the 30 day mark in writing, while unlikely, there have been instances where the market has jumped to the point that a review of prices is necessary. The remaining balance is to be paid as outlined in our general contract that follows:

There is a 5.1 % Wisconsin sales tax added to the cost of all services.

18% will be added to the total bill to include gratuity for staff members
( This includes: cake cutting, standard linen, set-up & break-down of events) We shall staff in a fashion that provides fast and efficient service.

We do Provide the following for any hor’deurve, plated or buffet service: Linen table cloths and white napkins (colors are .20 extra)
Necessary skirting to head table, cake & gift table. China, glassware & flatware service for entree service.
